PROTECTION OF WOMEN VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE IN INDONESIA: PERSPECTIVE OF CRIMINAL LAW

This research aims to find out the protection arrangements for women victims of violence in Indonesia: Criminal law perspective. The methods used are qualitative descriptive with normative research referring to written regulations and other legal materials.
