The purpose of this research is to analyze and find out: 1). AccountabilityNotary to the deed he made after his term of office ended (retirement). 2) Legal settlement if legal problems are found after the end of the Notary's term of office. The approach method in this research isnormative juridical which refers to the legal norms contained in the legislation. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study, data analysis was carried out by analytical descriptive. The results of the research concluded: 1).
