Karakteristik Pendidik Adab dalam Perspektif Hadis-Hadis Muttafaqun ‘Alayh terkait Makan-Minum

Adab education is considered as one of the most important dimensions of Islamic education today. This study aims to formulate the characteristics of adab educators in the perspective of muttafaqun 'alayh traditions related to eating and drinking. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. The findings of the characteristics of adab educators include: having knowledge and wisdom, humble and patient, build connections with the world of students, welcoming questions, idealistic but not making things hard, not limiting the students, and give positive attention to them. This study concludes that these seven characters have a positive impact on the education of manner instilled by Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him towards his close companions (Sahabah).Abstrak Pendidikan adab dinilai sebagai salah satu dimensi pendidikan yang sangat penting dalam pendidikan Islam dewasa ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan karakteristik pendidik adab dalam perspektif hadis-hadis muttafaqun ‘alayh terkait makan-minum. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Temuan karakteristik pendidik adab meliputi: memiliki ilmu dan hikmah, rendah hati dan sabar, dekat dengan dunia murid, terbuka menerima pertanyaan, idealis namun memudahkan, tidak membatasi murid, serta positif terhadap perhatian murid. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tujuh karakter ini memberi dampak positif pada pendidikan adab yang ditanamkan Rasulullah Saw. kepada para sahabat
