CÍRCULOS FORMATIVOS: CONTRIBUIÇÕES E DESAFIOS NA FORMAÇÃO DO PROFESSOR DE MATEMÁTICA: possibilities and challenges in mathematics teacher training

The present study aims to investigate the contributions and limitations of the training circles, through the experiences of a group of undergraduate students in Mathematics of a public university in Ceará, within the scope of PIBID. The study is linked to the qualitative approach. Observation and the field diary were used as instruments for data collection. The training circles provided the integration between the university and the school, establishing relationships based on collaborative work, aimed at learning the profession, mediated by the equity between theory and practice and by the contact between future teachers and professors in office.O estudo objetiva averiguar as contribuições e limitações dos círculos formativos, por intermédio das experiências vivenciadas por um grupo de estudantes do curso de Licenciatura em Matemática de uma universidade pública cearense, no âmbito do PIBID. O estudo está ancorado na abordagem qualitativa. Como instrumentos de coleta de dados foram utilizados a observação e o diário de campo. Os círculos formativos propiciaram a integração entre a universidade e a escola, estabelecendo relações pautadas em um trabalho colaborativo, visando a aprendizagem da profissão, mediada pela equidade entre teoria e prática e pelo contato entre futuros professores e professores em exercício
