This study aims to analyze the suitability of National Education Minister Regulation No. 24 of 2007 with the factual conditions of the laboratory in supporting science / biology practicum activities in the learning process at 2 Pekanbaru State Middle School Academic Year 2017/2018. This research is a survey research with descriptive quantitative analysis.
