In this case the role is needed to provide clean water for the people of Rokan Hulu by providing clean water treatment units in Kecamtan-Kecamatan Rokan Hulu. This research produces data that have been obtained in research both primary and secondary data. This study calculates the population of 10 years ahead ie from 2015 to 2025 with the method Exsponensial. SPAM air processing installation (Satisfaction) Upstream Satisfaction Rokan Hulu Regency is able to process air to meet the air needs of the community Upstream Satisfaction for the next 10 years, analyze the volume of parts in the Processing Water treatment Building (WTP), analyze the Reservoir Building Form Building Reservoir form of block (Square), nominal capacity of pump to channel air from river Batang Sosah to water treatment installation (IPA).
