Sistem Agribisnis Padi Sawah di Desa Pematang Sikek Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Provinsi Riau

Lowland rice production in Pematang Sikek Village is still low compared to Rimba Melintang District. This study aims to analyze (1) the characteristics of lowland rice farmers, agro-industry players and traders. (2) the subsystem of providing lowland rice production facilities. (3) lowland rice farming subsystem. (4) lowland rice agroindustry (yield processing) subsystem and (5) wetland rice marketing subsystem in Pematang Sikek Village, Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The research method used is a survey method. The research site is in Pematang Sikek Village. The research was conducted from Deceember 2020 to May 2021. Respondents in the study consisted of farmers and rice milling entrepreneurs using a multi-stage sampling method by taking 8 people from each farmer group, 1 rice milling owner (middleman) and 1 rice trader. The results of this study indicate (1) the average age of lowland rice farmers is 45,72 years, the average education level of farmers is 10,83 years, the average number of dependents of lowland rice farmer families is 2,28 people, and the average experience cultivate 21,39 years. The average age of agro-industry players is 39 years, the length of education is 15 years, the number of dependents of the family is 2 people. Age of trader 45 years, length of education 12 years, number of family dependents 2 people. (2) The subsystem of providing production facilities for seeds is only inaccurate 83% of the time. The provision of production facilities for fertilizers, pesticides and equipment is only in terms of the type of farmer who says it is 100% correct. (3) The average land area of farmers is 1 Ha, the average use of seeds is 111/Kg/Ha/MT, 160,14 Kg/Ha/Mt of Urea, 143,89 Kg/Ha/MT of Phonska, 128,47 Kg/Ha/Mt of KCl. Topsin pesticide 43,89 Liter/Ha/Mt, prevathon 810,97 Liters/Ha/Mt. TKDK 3,52 HKP/Ha/Mt and TKLK 56,4 HKP/ Ha/Mt. The average rice production is 4.305,56 Kg/Ha/Mt. The average farm production cost is IDR 16,759,863.97 Ha/Mt. Average net income of IDR 2.184.580,56 Ha/Mt. The gross income is IDR 18.944.444,44 Ha/Mt. Efficiency (RCR) of 1,14%. (4) The price of unhulled rice raw material is IDR 4,400/Kg. The production that is produced in one process of producing unhulled rice into rice is 650 Kg/production, the added value obtained is IDR 1.939,29/Kg of raw materials. (5) Retailer is a marketing channel that delivers rice from producers to end consumers. The marketing cost of rice is IDR 1.500/Kg, the marketing margin is IDR 500/Kg, the profit earned by retailers is IDR 500/Kg, farmer's share is 44% and the efficiency of rice marketing is 15%
