Evaluasi Pengawasan Camat Terhadap Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa

This study was conducted with the aim to find out the results of the implementation of supervision of the subdistrict head on village apparatus in Siak Hulu sub-district. In the supervision done by the sub-district head for the administration of village administration there are still phenomena in the implementation of such supervision. Such as, not yet orderly supervision conducted by the sub-district head for the administration of village administration and not optimal supervision that is given to the village apparatus in the framework of coaching to carry out activities of governance of the village. This research uses descriptive research method with quantitative data analysis technique assisted by interview list. the population in this study were Camat, Camat Secretary, Section of Government, Village Head, Village Head Secretary, Head of Government Affairs, Head of Public Affairs, Kadus in Upak Siak Subdistrict. Types of data collected blanket primary data and secondary data, Primary data is data obtained from respondents, means data obtained by way of direct research field and secondary data is data obtained in the form of data that have been processed and obtained by authorized institutions that are supportive in this study which includes geographical state data, and population, population livelihood data, and other secondary data are closely related to this research. After going through the process of research and presentation and analysis of data can be concluded that the results of data analysis of the discussion on the evaluation of supervision of the subdistrict to the implementation of village administration in the subdistrict of siak upstream is not well implemented. In reality, the lack of supervision by the subdistrict head to support the implementation of village governance, the existence of several obstacles in the supervision of the sub-district head of the village apparatus, takes time to establish and restore the character of the village apparatus and the limited facilities and funds in the extension program or coaching by the sub-district. The suggestion that can be given is that the head of sub-district must know more about the regulation that has been set by the government to be more aware of the importance of a supervision made by the sub-district so that there are no unscrupulous villagers who deviate from the rules and the community is satisfied with the service in the village
