Based on the phenomena that exist in this study the authors are interested to review a title Thesis Research '' Evaluation Implementation Keweangan Village Consultative Agency In Lubuk Siam Village Siak Hulu District Kampar Regency ''. The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of Authority of Village Consultative Board in Lubuk Siam Village Siak Hulu Subdistrict Kampar Regency and to know Factors inhibiting the Implementation of Authority of Village Consultative Board In Lubuk Siam Village Siak Hulu Subdistrict Kampar Regency, in reality the results of this study can be used as materials input and Knowledge for members of BPD In Lubuk Siam Village Siak Hulu District Kampar District.
