Performance or performance is the result of work produced by apparatus or real behavior that is displayed in accordance with its role in the organization. The performance of the KPU is a description of the extent of the success or failure of the KPU's main tasks and functions. The General Election Commission (KPU) of Indragiri Hulu Regency is an operational implementing element that has the task of carrying out part of the operational technical duties of the General Election based on the General Election Commission Regulation. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the General Election Commission of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The method used is qualitative by using descriptive surveys, key informants, namely the Secretary of the KPU, while the supporting informants are Bawaslu, and ASN At the KPU Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The total number of informants was 12 people. Technique of collecting interview data and descriptive data analysis through a qualitative approach. This study concludes that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the General Election Commission Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency is overall in the Professional Enough Category so that the ASN in Indragiri Hulu Regency KPU is expected to improve its discipline in carrying out its duties, implementing a system of reward and punishment in improving performance, placing ASN accordingly with an educational background and also expected to complete the facilities and facilities and infrastructure to support the performance of the ASN
