Business license is a form of approval or granting of permission from the authorities for the conduct of a business activity by an entrepreneur. In order to business activities smoothly, then every entrepreneur is obliged to manage and have business license from government. The field to maintain the business license is the One Stop Office of Capital Investment and Integrated Service of Pekanbaru City that will foster, direct and supervise the restaurant business in Marpoyan Damai district. Department of Investment and Integrated Services One Door Pekanbaru City to coaching, controlling and supervising the restaurant business license in Marpoyan Damai, for restaurant businesses that do not have a business license will be given sanctions in the form of warning or closing the restaurant. This researchis a descriptive survey with quantitative methods conducted in the Department of Investment and Integrated Service One Door Pekanbaru and restaurant business in Marpoyan Damai district which has a restaurant business who do not have a restaurant business license, Population in this research is the Head of the supervision department of investment and integrated service of one door of Pekanbaru city, Section of Supervision Officer of City Investment Office Pekanbaru, restaurant business owner who has a restaurant business license in Marpoyan Damai, restaurant business owner who has no business license in Marpoyan Damai. and the entire population is sampled. Data collection conducted interview, questionnaires, documentation and observation. The Analysis using technique percentage to know how many percent of respondents who answered Applied, enaugh, and Less Applied.
