Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Laporan Kegiatan Penanaman Modal Di Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to determine the implementation of Investment Activity Report at the Office of Investment and Service Integrated One Door Rokan Hulu District. Assessment indicators Evaluations used include Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Assessment. The type of research located in the Office of Investment and Integrated Service One Door of Rokan Hulu Regency is a Descriptive Method that is, with quantitative data analysis which prioritizes the list of questionnaires, interviews and observations as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool then used as the main raw material to analyze the empirical condition of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location of the researcher. There are two population groups and the sample in this study is LKPM Team, amounting to 6 people and Company, amounting to 34. Companies in this case are those who must report LKPM gradually. The sample size assigned from these two population groups is 6 people and 34 companies. The technique used is census method for LKPM team and company. The types and techniques of data collection used consisted of primary data collected using questionnaire and interview techniques and secondary data collected using observation techniques, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is by using descriptive. Based on this analytical technique, the research evaluates and concludes that the Evaluation of Implementation of Investment Activity Report at the Office of Capital Investment and Integrated Service One Door of Rokan Hulu Regency is good enough, due to the lack of optimal Investment Activity Report because the reporting obligation of LKPM is one of the instruments in the implementation of which is an obligation for investors to submit data / information on realization of investment that is true and accurate. Furthermore, the result of LKPM Evaluation can be used as data and information on investment investment realization (Domestic Capital Investment and Foreign Investment) as material for analysis of preparation of investment plan, preparation of facilities and infrastructure, and give consideration and recommendation for improvement of policy and data for coaching activity and supervision in making reports on the implementation of investment at both the Regency / City and the central level
