The work aimed to evaluate the effect of different sowing times and crop densities on the expression of soybean agronomic characters. The design used was completely randomized in a 2x5 factorial scheme (two sowing times and five cultivation densities), in four replications. Sowing in the first season was carried out on November 15, 2018 and the second on December 14, 2018. The cultivation densities were 160, 200, 240, 280 and 320 thousand plants per hectare. Plant height, height of first pod insertion, stem diameter, number of branches, number of pods, number of seeds, number of pods in the lower and upper half of plants, seed mass in the main stem and branches were evaluated, yield and mass of a thousand seeds.
