Introduction: Breast cancer is the first-ranked cancer in Malaysia. However, Malaysians have a low screening rate for mammography. The objective of this study was to determine the screening and knowledge of mammography among patients attending Balok health clinic. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Balok Health clinic, Kuantan. 110 women aged 20 and above were recruited to complete the self-administrated validated questionnaire consisting of 2 sections. The first section is on the socio-demographic characteristics including the past history of mammography screening.
