Introduction: Urinary incontinence is a major and common problem involving elderly population worldwide. It is often underreported and underestimated and presents a social, economic and health problems. The purpose of this study is to investigate the prevalence and its associated factors among elderly population in primary health clinics in Kuantan, Pahang. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional study conducted in 6 primary health clinics in Kuantan Pahang that were selected using simple random sampling. 314 participants were selected using consecutive sampling Methods.
