The tough economic environment has put increasing pressure on organizations in recent years. Rather than waiting for external developments, organizations are looking internally for methods to increase their performance and productivity. The study aimed to determine the relationship between job crafting and social support (supervisor support and co-worker support) with job performance among nurses in public hospital using Job-Demands Resources (JD-R) model as a theory.
