The main purpose of this study is to examine the role of personality, job satisfaction, and work motivation in influencing principal’s normative commitment. This research try to answerd problems about the organizational commitment issues, especially normative commitment refers to a feeling of obligation to continue employment with increasing evidence of personality, job satisfaction, and work motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey method. The population of this research is all state of senior high schools in DKI Jakarta province, involving 117 principals.
