Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Yayasan Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Yayasan Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kompensasi sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan motivasi kerja guru sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y).
