PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DI YAYASAN JAM'IYYAH ISLAMIYYAH

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Yayasan Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Yayasan Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah. Variabel yang diteliti adalah kompensasi sebagai variabel bebas (variabel X) dan motivasi kerja guru sebagai variabel terikat (variabel Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey kepada guru. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel kompensasi dan motivasi kerja guru menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis linier sederhana, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji signifikansi regresi, dan uji linieritas. Dari hasil hipotesis diperoleh t_{hitung} sebesar = 9,146 yang artinya lebih besar dari t_{tabel} sebesar = 1,999. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja guru di Yayasan Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah. Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi kompensasi, maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi kerja guru. This study discuss about the effect of compensation to teachers work motivation at Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah foundation. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of compensation on teachers work motivation at the Jam’iyyah Islamiyyah foundation. The variables studied were copensation as the independent variable (variable X) and teacher work motivation as the dependent variable (variable Y). this study uses a quatitative approach with a survey method to teachers. Collecting data for compensations variables and teachers work motivation using a questionnaire. The technique of data analysis used to test the hypothesis is simple linear analysis, with prerequisite tests first, include normality test, regression significance, and linearity test. From the results of the hypothesis obtained number = 9.146 which means it is greater than ttable number = 1.999. The results of this research can be concluded that there is a positive influence between compensation on teachers work motivation at the Jam'iyyah Islamiyyah Foundation. Based on these conclusions, it can be said the higher of the compensation, will make teachers work motivation higher
