Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan generasi Z yang bekerja di Jabodetabek. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 242 karyawan yang lahir pada rentang tahun 1995-2010 dan sedang bekerja di Jabodetabek. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) dan Job Stress Scale (JSS). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya pengaruh stres kerja yang negatif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan generasi Z yang bekerja di Jabodetabek.
