Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta mengetahui apakah kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel Intervening untuk memperkuat pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Coffee shop. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Selama empat bulan terhitung sejak bulan Februri 2021 sampai Juni 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan populasi yaitu masyarakat di wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan rentang usia 17 – 40 tahun keatas.
