Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh electronic word of mouth (eWOM) dan kepercayaan (trust) terhadap niat membeli (purchase intention) pada e-commerce Shopee di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januani sampai Juli 2021. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kausal. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei berupa kuesioner daring dengan teknik purposive sampling. Objek penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Jabodetabek yang pernah mengakses e-commerce Shopee dalam enam bulan terakhir. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 200 responden.
