PurposeTo investigate the clinical feasibility of accelerated free-breathing stack-of-spirals (spiral) three-dimensional (3D) ultrashort echo time (UTE) lung magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using iterative self‐consistent parallel imaging reconstruction from arbitrary k‐space (SPIRiT) algorithm in patients with breast cancer.MethodsThe institutional review board approved this prospective study and patients’ informed consents were obtained.
