Background: Vascular preservation is a tenet of successful ureteral reconstruction. Near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) imaging with indocyanine green (ICG) provides real-time identification of tissue perfusion during robotic surgery. Here, we present our utilization of NIRF with ICG to ensure adequate ureteral perfusion during robotic reconstruction in 3 pediatric patients.
