Introduction: Traumatic head injury (THI) is one of the prevalent causes of global death and disability. lately, head injury (HI) cases have increased in both developed and developing nations. Therefore, it is of great value to evaluate various aspects associated with head injury. Methodology: This study includes all cases of deaths pertaining to head injury, presented to the mortuary of the Darbhanga Medical College & Hospital, Darbhanga, Bihar for autopsy, over the period of one year that was from July 2018 to June 2019.
