ABSTRACT The promotion strategy is an important factor in the product or service marketing process. Promotion is important so that consumers raise awareness of the brands being offered, so that engagement will be formed between sellers and consumers. This article aims to explain the online promotion strategy carried out by Delisha Hijab in building brand engagement on Nita Agustin's Facebook account. If the promotion is not applied in a marketing, the brand or product will not be known by consumers. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach.
