The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the use of internal Homebalance® aids, certified as a medical device class I, in therapy in patients diagnosed with vertebrogenic algic syndrome. The work introduces this technology and isdivided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the practical part, two case reports of patients with this are processed diagnosis. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the therapy is performed by comparing the input and output examination, which uses the measurement of the distance spine, body weight distribution using two scales, pain evaluation according to the NRS scale (The Numeric Rating Scale) and automatic evaluation of the exercise with the Homebalance® system.
