Le principal objectif de cette thèse est de calculer le premier moment mixte des fonctions L associées aux formes de Hecke--Maass sur SL(3) et des fonctions L de Dirichlet associées. Cela permettra de déduire dans un second temps un résultat de non-annulation simultanée.En utilisant des méthodes standard telles que la moyenne après l'application des équations fonctionnelles approximées, nous prouvons que dans un premier temps que le premier moment en s=1/2+a est non nul pour a un complexe de partie réelle supérieure à 1/10. En comparant ce résultat à ceux connus sur SL(2), ce résultat n'est pas satisfaisant car il ne couvre pas le cas où a=0.
