Evaluation for Teachers' Ability and Forecasting Students' Career Based on Big Data

This paper attempts to offer the evaluation of teacher's ability and forecasting of students' career opportunities. Teacher's ability is decided based on the student's feedback, active participation in the class, students' result in the tests and the teacher's competency. Students' feedback is and effective took for teacher evaluation resulting in teacher development. This research will also forecase the student's career based on their individual subject grade.
