This Research is entitled “Analysis of Slang Word Used by K-pop Fans Community on Twitter”. It attempts to analyze the slang word are used and the types of slang words are used by the k-pop fans community on Twitter. There are purposes to conduct this research; to find what are slang words used and to identify the types of slang words used by the k-pop fans community. The writer limits the research about the slang words are used and the types of slang words are used by the k-pop fans on Twitter 2020-2021 edition and the writer will examine at least three communities. The writer uses a descriptive qualitative method to answer the research problem by doing research and taking a note about the slang word, captured that and began to collect some of the accounts that had been observed.
