OPTIMASI KEUNTUNGAN PENJUALAN LANTING DI INDUSTRI RUMAHAN MEKARSARI DENGAN METODE LINEAR PROGRAMMING

The industrial development of this era is growing very rapidly. Competition occurs everywhere, for that industry players are required to think creatively and maintain financial management. Coupled with the Corona virus pandemic, sales have become increasingly erratic. So there needs to be a careful calculation of sales and the most appropriate raw materials. This research entitled "Optimizing Lanting Sales Profits in Mekarsari Home Industry with Linear Programming Method" has a problem formulation of how industry players are able to choose the right product with existing constraints. The purpose of this research is to find the maximum profit from lanting sales in the Mekarsari industry. This study uses the Linear programming method where the method is able to overcome the background of the existing problems. This method is also simple and easy to use. To simplify the calculation the author uses the LINGO.19 application. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that to optimize the product combination lanting products obtained from the calculation of the Linear Programming model, the total production of lanting balado was 53 units, roasted corn lanting was 83.44 units, onion lanting was 41 units, and red and white lanting was as many as 76 units, the optimal profit that can be obtained from the combination of these products is IDR 2,539,139.00. An increase of 33.12% compared to the real condition which was Rp. 1,907,400.0
