ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR MOTIVASI YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PADA DIFABEL

The government has made efforts to improve the skills of people with disabilities through training so that they are able to work and become entrepreneurs. This makes many people with disabilities choose to become entrepreneurs, as happened in D.I. Yogyakarta, the majority of people with disabilities choose to sell, establish restaurants or cafes, culinary businesses to open massage services for the blind. This study aims to analyze the motivational factors that influence entrepreneurial interest in people with disabilities. The sample in this study were 103 respondents and used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistic 25 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques at the significance level α = 0.05. This study shows that creativity, education, environment, and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest
