The presence of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia has caused problems that the physical criminal trial process in the courtroom cannot be fully carried out. In response to this, the Supreme Court has issued Supreme Court Regulation Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Administration and Trial of Criminal Cases in Courts Electronically, which was previously carried out in the courtroom due to the Covid-19 pandemic so that the trial was conducted electronically. The large number of confirmed positive Covid-19 in Sleman Regency affects the implementation of the trial in the Sleman District Court courtroom.
