This research started from the paradigm which used at UIN Sunan Kalijaga that the integration-interconnection paradigm so that every subject must integrated. The Approach in Islamic Studies is a compulsory subject in The PAI master program must be integrated with religious and scientific sciences, so that It needs lecturers who only master the two scientific concepts. Meanwhile, lecturers who teach in terms of educational background come from Islamic higher education. Meanwhile, in teaching, it must be able to integrate religion and science in the subject matter.
