PENGARUH BRAIN GYM TERHADAP KESEHATAN MENTAL ANAK USIA DINI DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Early childhood are easily influenced by the environment around them and easily react to their environment. Fear and worry often have serious consequences for children's growth and development on progress in their achievement and social development. Health often occurs in early childhood, which requires special attention to feelings of anxiety, boredom and boredom that are being experienced by children due to the Covid-19 pandemic which is currently happening around the world because the virus outbreak disturbs children's mental health, therefore attention especially is needed so as not to develop in a crisis. One of the media used in this study was using a brain gym or brain exercise by performing simple body movements to stimulate the child's right and left brain.
