PERNIKAHAN ENDOGAMI AHMADIYAH (Analisis Pandangan Elit Jemaat dalam Penerapan Peraturan Rishta Nata JAI Yogyakarta)

The Jemaat Ahmadiyah Indonesia (JAI) is one of the Islamic organizations in Indonesia which has special regulations on marriage. The specific regulation in question is that an Ahmadi is prohibited from marrying a non-Ahmadi. This regulation is regulated by an institution called Rishta Nata. This institution is an agency that is formed to assist and provide assistance to parents to find a suitable partner for their children and help solve other matters related to marriage. In its development, Rishta Nata can be said to have experienced ups and downs, because the practice of marriage with non-Ahmadis still occurs in many congregations. This is no exception in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta, although thesystem Rishta Nata in Yogyakarta can be said to be running well, the practice of marriage with non Ahmadis still occurs frequently. The marriage regulations at JAI Yogyakarta are not as rigid as the existing regulations. This is due to social environmental factors. Apart from that, there are also different perceptions among the congregation about the existence of Rishta Nata. Therefore, in this study the authors consider it important to further analyze the urgency of Rishta Nata in the Development of Endogamous Marriages at JAI Yogyakarta and how the evolution of the law of endogamous marriage in Rishta Nata JAI Yogyakarta. The research in this thesis isfield research, which is research conducted in an area using a sociological approach using the theory of legal change in the tradition of legal sociology by Lawrence M. Friedman and supported by the theory of Maqāṣid al-Syarī'ah to answer wrong. one of the problem formulas. As for the results of this study, it can be concluded that based on the influence of the organizational spirit, for the JAI elite in Yogyakarta Rishta Nata has a very important role in regulating the operation of the endogamous marriage system between JAIs. Besides strengthening the solidarity of members, it also means maintaining the principles of living according to the teachings of Ahmadiyya, which are feared to fade when married to non-Ahmadis. Meanwhile, in the grassroots community, Rishta Nata is not a necessity for all congregations related to marriage, but can only be needed occasionally and for certain congregations. The system of endogamous marriage regulations in Rishta Nata was initially firm and straightforward as in the fatwas distributed by the Ahmadiyah elite from generation to generation, but with the development of community dynamics affecting the Ahmadiyya Jama'at it has also influenced changes in endogamy provisions, especially in terms of sanctions imposed for those who violate
