ANALISIS PENGARUH MOTIVASI AKIDAH, IBADAH DAN MUAMALAT TEHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI BANK NTB SYARIAH KC DOMPU

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Motivation of Faith, Worship and Muamalat on employee performance at Bank NTB Syariah KC Dompu. This test is performed using multiple linear regression analysis. Research using this method involved 41 employees of Bank NTB Syariah KC Dompu as respondents. The test results show that the motivation of faith, worship and muamalat has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank NTB Syariah KC Dompu. By increasing the interaction between superiors and employees, it will have a good effect on employees which will have an impact on employee performance
