This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, compensation, and job stress on job satisfaction of employees of BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research method using quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. Primary data used in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires. The number of samples obtained was 33 respondents.
