The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and compensation on employee performance with work motivation as a moderating variable case study of BTN Sharia Yogyakarta Branch Office. The population in this study were all employees at BTN Sharia Yogyakarta Branch Office. Sampling in this study using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and MRA.
