PENGARUH CONSUMER AWARENESS, TRUST DAN PERCEIVED OF RISK TERHADAP ADOPSI DIGITAL BANKING SYARIAH (STUDI KASUS NASABAH PENGGUNA DIGITAL BANKING SYARIAH DI KARANGANYAR)

As the times progress, human life will change. One of them is that all activities are carried out on the basis of digital technology. Especially in the covid-19 pandemic situation that is currently hitting the world. The business world is shifting to the use of digital services, including banking. The adoption of digital banking is a customer's decision to continue using digital services provided by the bank. This decision is certainly influenced by several factors such as consumer awareness, trust, and perceived risk. The relationship between one factor and another will be examined in this study using the SEM SmartPLS version 3 analysis tool. The SmartPLS SEM model is an analytical test tool with two types of measurement, namely a measurement model and a structural model. The reason for using the SEM PLS model is because data analysis is not based on many assumptions. The determination of the number of samples used the Van Voorhis and Morgan formula with the calculation results of the formula as much as 74 as the minimum amount. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data obtained by 87 customers of Islamic digital banking users in Karanganyar as respondents. The results of this study are consumer awareness and trust have a significant positive effect on the adoption of Islamic digital banking. while the perceived of risk has no significant effect on the adoption of Islamic digital banking
