The objective of our research is to study the determinants of the adoption and uses of information and communication technologies (ICT) by students of the Thomas SANKARA University (UTS). This led us to study respectively the accessibility, technological and informational skills of students using ICT in their learning, the factors limiting the adoption of digital by students in their learning, the practices and uses of digital by students.The study was built around the theoretical concepts of adoption, uses, appropriation of ICT and digital and informational skills.
