The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived benefits, trustworthiness, convenience, service quality, and risk on the use of E-banking BRI in Surakarta. The method of determining the number of samples using non-probability sampling with incidental sampling technique. The number of samples in this study using the Lemeshow formula, amounting to 96 respondents. The selection of samples or respondents in this study used purposive sampling. The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to E-banking users in Surakarta.
