POME (Palm Oil Mill Effluent) is one type of industrial waste that can contaminate soil, groundwater, and also water environment. Along with the increase production of crude palm oil in Indonesia will increase the amount of waste generated. In the palm wastewater contains many pollutants that can harm the environment, such as organic compounds. For that we need a method that can be used in processing palm wastewater, one of them using electrocoagulation. Application of the electrocoagulation method in treating wastewater has done by varying the voltage and processing time.
