Populationandsamplein this studyis the coal mining companies financialstatementslistedat Indonesia Stock Exchange in2011-2014. The data usedispanel data. The analysis techniqueusedis thedescriptivestatistic analysis, data qualitytests, andmultiple linear regression tests. Based onthe test results, it can be concludedthatReturnOn Asset(ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) andNetProfitMargin(NPM) simultaneouslyeffect positive and significant to stock price. PartiallyReturn OnAsset(ROA) effect positive and significant to stock price, Debt to Equity RatioandNetProfitMargin(NPM) does not effect positive and significant to stock price.Advice givenisthe management companyshould beable to manageassetsandequity heldbetter, as well asnet salesmust be balancedwithcost efficiency.
