This research aims to determine “The level of customers satisfaction whom service quality fitnesholicpalembang” Advantage that can be got for fitnesholicside how customers assesments toward their services that are given. Research data are got from quesioner and observation directly with related parties. This research uses quantitative methods. Quesioner data was calculated with using score interpretation formula. Based on result of 5th dimension calculating that is for knowing level of customers satisfaction, on Assurance dimension to get the highest score is 76%.
