PENGARUH RETURN ON EQUITY, RETURN ON ASSETS, DAN NET PROFIT MARGIN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN YANG TERGABUNG DALAM INDEKS LQ 45

This research wants to examine the influence of Return on Equity, Return on Assets and net profit margin to price stocks. The subjects in this study is a company incorporated in LQ 45. Companies inconporated in LQ 45 index is the most liquid 45 companies in Indonesia stock exchange during the period. Companies incorporated in LQ 45 is a company which attracts many investors to invest and thus require information in the form of the financial ratios that investors are not wrong in making invstment decisions. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling , with some criteria are (1) all of company thats were listed in LQ 45 indeks of indonesia stock exchange during 6 period start from februari 2012 to august 2014. (2) all of company thats were listed in LQ 45 indeks of indonesia stock exchange whice avaliable of financial statement as the research period 2012-2014. Based on that criteria, the sample that used is 26 companies. The results of analisys regresion show thats the variable Return on Equity, Return on Assets and net profit margin in simultanously have significant influence toward the price stock with the predictive capabilities from that three variables is 16,4% . In partially Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin has significant influence toward the price stock. while Return on Assets have no significant influence toward the price stock
