This research is aimed to identify the marketing strategy of Circle Shop. The purpose of this research is to formulate Circle Shop marketing strategies using a SWOT analysis which is Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats. This research is using SWOT analysis and the method of its analysis is quantitative descriptive. Based on internal and external factors of Circle Shop, it shows that Circle Shop is currently use ST strategy, but from the analysis Circle Shop must use SO strategy. It would be better if Circle Shop more leverage its power and opportunity to its full potential
