Samples are 12 manufacture companies sector consumer goods industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2010-2013. To be included into the study samples the firm had to fulfill the criterias required. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Variable consisted of Investment Decisions is proxied by Price Earning Ratio (X1), Financing Decisions is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Dividend Policy is Proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio (X3) as the independent variables and the Firm Value is Proxied by Price Book Value (Y) as the dependent variable. The analysis method used in this research was multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0 indicates that variable Investment Decisions and Financing Decisions have positive and significant impact to the firm value.
