The purpose of this final report is to review the sales promotion strategis and some external factors that influencing the sales of PT Astra International Tbk-Honda Plaju Palembang. The methods used in the data collection is field research and library research. The analyzed data are promotion strategies including sample, coupon, cashback offer, price package, premium, doorprize and some external factors such as the decreasement of commodity’s price (coconut and rubber), increasement price of refined fuel oil, and the exchange rate fluctuation. The author found that there were some ineffective strategies that gave impact to the sales decreasement. Those strategies were sample, coupon and premium.
