This final report title is the “Review of Employee Recruitment Procedure at PT Bintang Selatan Agung Palembang”. This company is a construction and machines rental service provider, located in Jl. Soekarno Hatta No. 1 RT 006/09 Ilir Barat I, Palembang 30138. The purpose of this research is to determine the procedure of employee recruitment, selection and placement. The data were collected by using interview method. The selected object is the General Human Resource and Administration Department. The data were analyzed by using qualitative method.
