The purpose of this reaserch was to determine how much the influence of financial compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III South Sumatera. The objects used in this study are employee at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III South Sumatera.
